Diganth, a II PUC student from Kidebettu, Farangipete, who went missing 10 days ago, was found safe in Udupi on March 8. His disappearance had left his family and the local community extremely worried. The last time his family heard from him was on the evening of February 25 when he said he was heading to a temple, but he never arrived and stopped responding to calls.

As the days passed without any word from Diganth, the situation became more alarming. His slippers and mobile phone were discovered near the railway tracks close to his house, sparking fears that something might have happened to him. This discovery prompted an immediate and intense search operation.

More than 40 people, including officers from the District Armed Reserve, railway police, fire department, and even a drone squad, were involved in the search efforts. The police, along with FSL experts and a dog squad, worked tirelessly to locate him. The state government also took the case seriously, with authorities coordinating the search to bring Diganth home safely.

Thankfully, after nearly 10 days, Diganth was located in Udupi. His safe return has brought immense relief to his family and the community, who had been anxiously waiting for any good news.
